My role
As innovation manager led a Business model innovation project to transform the business model from hardware sales to service sales:
- Develop the business case development approach for LaaS and sales tools for large service projects.
- Developed, demonstrated and specified sales tool modules:
• Multi-year investment
• Financial modeling
• Risk exposure
- Convert methodology into an online tool.

Guiding your organization from product revenue to service revenue by developing the service proposition, use-cases and business tooling.
We need to transform business models and production chains to a more circular and sustainable model. With LED retrofitting; energy bills can be reduced and product lifetime can be prolonged. Some companies need to specialize in managing and owning assets in the circular economy. In this case I worked on a project to transform the sales process of CAPEX-based project sales into a Service oriented and much more circular model. I led a regional project-team of 2 FTE which collaborated with other global projects. We developed new business simulation demo's for the global commercial organization. These demo's enabled the sales organization to visualize multi-year investment and benefits, simulate financial modelling and showing potential risk exposure for internal use.
